Working to protect the interests of the members and providing legal support in respect of regulations of key importance for the industry. PRCH is known from such initatives as:
- lobbying against „WOH”,
- compromise on “Sunday shopping” issue.
Consulting partner of „Konfederacja Pracodawcow Polskich” and „Lewiatan” (under discussion) for the analysis of any new law proposal submitted for further voting: supported by PRCH legal and PR advisers.
Sustainability
Consulting Partner of the Polish Green Building Council, being part of the International Green Building Council, in the formatting of the new environmental/certification framework to impact the retail real estate industry (stores, shopping centres…)
Partner of the ICSC European Lobbying Committee to the European Union about upcoming EU Sustainability norms and legislation.

Open approach to cross-membership with Chambers of Commerce (British, French, Dutch, German) for the exchange of information and datas regarding the market and the access to political circles.
