The PRCH News Bulletin – What does it contain?

The monthly PRCH News bulletin contains brief information on the situation in the real property industry, plans and achievements of PRCH and its members, personnel and structural changes in companies operating in the retail sector, educational and expert articles, a timetable of training courses and industry conferences recommended by PRCH, as well as a great deal of other interesting information. Because of the multi-national structure of our organisation, the bulletin is published in English.

The bulletin is available free of charge and distributed by email to nearly 1000 people directly or indirectly connected with the shopping centre industry in and outside Poland. For convenience, successive issues of the bulletin are also made available on our website (a link to a PDF document on the homepage) so that you can access past issues of the publication.

We hope you find our project of interest and a popular source of information about your company’s activities.

If you wish to promote your business in our bulletin, please send us an email with a text in English (up to 200 words + one 300dpi picture). The text can be a description of your company, its business, new members of your management team, information about your achievements and plans for development. It can even be educational in nature. We would appreciate receiving your texts by the 15th day of each month.

The cost:

1. PRCH members – free edition of texts twice a year; subsequent editions – PLN 600.00 (VAT excl.) for a text of up to 200 words,
2. Non-members – PLN 800.00 (VAT excl.) for a text of up to 200 words.

ADVERTISEMENT RATES FOR 2009

Our advertising units – rates for PRCH members:

• Front page: 1 unit [70mm x 85 mm] for PLN 290.00 plus 22% VAT
• Other pages: 1 unit [70mm x 85 mm] for PLN 250.00 plus 22% VAT

Rates for non-members:

• Front page: 1 unit [70mm x 85 mm] for PLN 360.00 plus 22% VAT
• Other pages: 1 unit [70mm x 85 mm] for PLN 320.00 plus 22% VAT

Additionally, PRCH members can enjoy discounts for advertisement packages. If you choose a single package of a number of advertising units to be used in 2009, you will receive the following discounts on our standard rates:

1. a package of 6 – 11 units – a 5% discount
2. a package 12 -23 units – an 8% discount
3. a package of 24 -29 units– a 15% discount
4. a package of 30 or more units – a negotiable discount

Terms & Conditions of Advertising

1. The publisher may refuse to place an advertisement whose content is against the interests of PRCH or the character of the PRCH News bulletin.
2. Advertisements can only be placed in the red section of the bulletin.
3. Materials for printing prepared in digital format should be provided by the 15th day of each month.
4. An order for the placement of an advertisement may only be cancelled in writing and only by the 15th day of each month. If a cancellation is made after that date, the advertiser will be required to pay the full amount of the order.
5. Invoices will be sent by post after each issue of the PRCH News bulletin, which is issued at the end of each month.
6. Charges apply for the preparation by PRCH of the advertiser’s advertisement. If an advertisement prepared by PRCH is used by the advertiser for purposes other than placement in the PRCH News bulletin, an additional copyright charge will apply. The cost of preparing an advertisement and the copyright charge will be calculated individually, depending on the complexity and type of the advertisement.
7. Advertising materials provided for placement in the PRCH News bulletin must meet the following specifications:
   
   • CMYK colours
   • resolution: 300 dpi
   • acceptable file formats: EPS, TIF - files
8. Materials are accepted in digital form:
   
   • by e-mail
   • on a DVD or CD-ROM /address: al.Jana Pawła II 27, 00-867 Warszawa/
