Patrick Delcol – Country Head of DTZ in Poland; President of PRCH.
Active in the real estate business for 19 years. He worked as Commercial Manager in Poland for BESIX Group (an international construction and development company), was a Board Member of Centrum Finansowe Pulawska and Centrum Banku Slaskiego. Has been working in Poland for over 13 years. Was the CEO of Centrum Development and Investment (ex-DTC Real Estate) for over 6 years from 2002. Joined ING Real Estate from 1st September 2008. Apart from his professional responsibilities within the Group, he also acts as the President of the Polish Council of Shopping Centres. Holds an MBA degree of School of Commerce Solvay at Universite Libre de Bruxelles, Patrick Delcol is 44 years old and is fluent in French, English and Polish.
With the effect from February 1st, 2010 - Patrick Delcol was appointed as Country Head of DTZ. Mr Delcol previously worked in ING Real Estate Development, Poland, where he was Development Director and a member of the Board. Mr Delcol takes over from Alan Colquhoun who has accepted responsibility for running DTZ's business in Canada.
Piotr Szafarz
Piotr Szafarz, qualified Polish legal adviser. Partner in Clifford Chance Warsaw. Piotr Szafarz specialises in real estate since around 1995 with main focus on development work and all aspects of shopping centres related issues. He was also involved in a number of institutional acquisitions (including the second biggest transaction in the region). Recommended by Chambers legal directory. He also heads the French Desk in the Warsaw office of Clifford Chance.
Aleksandra Zentile-Miller
Aleksandra studied architecture at the Gdansk Polytechnic, Poland, and the University of Westminster, London. She joined Chapman Taylor in 1987 and has been working on projects in Great Britain and abroad. In the early nineties she focused on Central and Eastern Europe, in particular Poland, and became the director of the Warsaw office in 1999. She is a member of professional bodies in Poland and UK (Royal Institute of British Architects, Polish Architects Association) as well as the International Council of Shopping Centers and a vice-president of the Polish Council of Shopping Centers. She speaks English, Polish, French and Russian.
Artur Soluch
Associate Director w firmie Ove Arup & Partners prowadzący wielobranżowy zespół projektantów w sektorze budynków jak również odpowiedzialny za rozwój sektora budynków handlowych w Europie. Z wykształcenia inżynier konstruktor, od 16 lat aktywny projektant i Project Manager na projektach prowadzonych w kraju i za granicą. Od roku 2004 szczególnie związany z projektami dużych centrów handlowych w Polsce i wschodniej Europy. Jest zainteresowany rozwojem i propagowaniem idei zrównoważonego rozwoju i budownictwa ekologicznego w Polsce.
Elżbieta Dmowska - Mędrzycka
Elżbieta Dmowska - Mędrzycka is the owner of MediaDem Communications Agency. Previously she was a longstanding editor of Polish trade press. She holds the post-diploma management studies on Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and HEC School of Management Paris.
MediaDem Communications Agency, which operates since 2000, provides comprehensive Public Relations and marketing services. Its portfolio includes over 20 long-term projects in the commercial and residential property sector.
Elżbieta Mędrzycka is the founder member of PRCH. Currently she acts as member of the Board of The Polish Council of Shopping Centers and its PR and marketing consultant. She speaks French, Spanish, Italian and English.
Grzegorz Pękalski, chairman of Libra Project, is currently responsible for design and implementation of development projects, that Dariusz Miłek is engaged in. He has 15 years of international experience in preparing, financing and implementing projects on commercial real estate market. He has been closely related with Cefic Polska for almost ten years, where he worked i.a. as General Director and General Director of Simon Ivahoe representative in Moskow. Earlier, as a Director of leasing department in Cefic company, has been engaged in seven large retail projects, including for instance retail park Zakopianka in Cracow, Turzyn in Szczecin, Borek in Wrocław, Wileńska in Warsaw and the largest and most prestigious – Arkadia in Warsaw. He also worked with Meinl Europa Land as a Head of Acquisition and Pre-Development Manager, where his responsibilities included extending portfolio on Eastern Europe and Russian markets. Moreover, he worked with Trigranit Development as a Development Director responsible for one of the largest commercial developments in southern Poland – Bonarka City Center in Cracow. Warsaw University of Technology graduate as well as postgraduate of Polish-British studies Sheffield Hallom University “Property Valuation and Management”. Licensed property appraiser.
Grzegorz Trawiński
Head of Representative Office of EUROHYPO AG in Poland, where he is employed since its opening in 2002. He is responsible for bank development on the Polish market and project financing in commercial real estate sector. In the past he participated in financing of several pioneer development projects as well as refinancing and investment transactions, mainly concerning retail and office properties. In 2000-2002 Grzegorz Trawiński was setting-up and heading representative office of Deutsche Hypothekenbank Frankfurt-Hamburg AG in Poland. In years 1994-2000 he was involved in corporate financing business in BNP–Dresdner Bank (Polska) S.A. and BIG Bank Gdański S.A. He graduated from University of Gdansk and holds MBA from University of Strathclyde.
Krzysztof Bocianowski
Krzysztof Bocianowski is Head of Asset Management and Member of the Management Board of ING Real Estate Investment Management Poland. He is based in Warsaw, Poland. Krzysztof was educated at University of Insurance and Banking in Warsaw and obtained MA postgraduate certificate of Bournemouth University in Financial Services. Krzysztof started his career with Raiffeisen Bank in 1992, then he started his employment at ING Group in 1997. Initially as Senior Account Manager and later as Deputy Director at ING Lease (Polska) primarily responsible for financing of real estate projects. In 2006 he joined ING Real Estate Investment Management Poland as Senior Asset Manager and Member of the Management Board at ING REIM Poland and at nine project specific legal entities. Starting from 2007 he became Head of Asset Management Poland responsible for management of overall investment portfolio of ING REIM in Poland.
Marek Cichocki
He has worked in the retail sector for 15 years. First, in Sunset Suits, and since 2001 in Solar Company Ltd, where he developed its store chain in malls in Poland and the Czech Republic, recruiting, training and monitoring their staff. In 2008, he managed the expansion of the trade chain VOX Industrie SA. A founder member and, since 2008, a Member of the Board of the Polish Council of Shopping Centres. A participant and speaker at many conferences and seminars of the commercial property industry. He studied law at the University of Szczecin and administration at Saginaw Valley State University in Michigan, USA.
Maciej Wróblewski – Development Director, Apsys Poland
An economist by profession, has worked on the commercial property market for seventeen years. An expert in the area of new generation large-space trade buildings. He has worked in Apsys Poland for six years. For the period of five years, he was Director of the Property Management Department, and was responsible for the portfolio of 17 malls, including Manufaktura which was considered by ICSC in 2008 the best European mall in the category of very large space buildings. At present, he is realizing the company's expansion strategy on the Polish market. He gained his earlier professional experience e.g. in Tesco Poland and GLOBI, where he worked as Develpment Director.
