Takko Fashion to open a store in Galeria Mazovia

Takko Fashion wants to open a 500-sqm store in Galeria Mazovia in Płock; it will be the chain’s 25th location in Poland. Takko Fashion, seated in Telgte in Germany, with its close to 1,400 stores, is one of the biggest apparel retailers in Europe. The company has been operating on the discount apparel market for close to 30 years. The list of tenants in Galeria Mazovia includes names such as Media Markt, H&M, KFC, Delta Sport, Piotr i Paweł, Empik, Sephora, Reserved, Cropp Town, Carry, Deichmann, CCC, Drogerie Natura, Vobis, Apart and Vision Express. The center will also have a fitness club and kids’ playground. Investor in the project is Lewandpol, financed by Bank Pekao SA. Cushman & Wakefield, supported by Mallson, are in charge of the commercialization of the project.
