No new Centrum Meblowe Top Shopping this year

As retailnet.pl found out, Demuth Immobilia Sp. z o.o., owner of Centrum Meblowe Top Shopping chain does not have any plans to open new locations this year.

Currently Demuth Immobilia Sp. z o.o. has a chain of 8 large-scale furniture centers Top Shopping – in Gdańsk, Poznań, Łódź, Szczecin, Olszytn, Bydgoszcz and Ostróda (2 locations). The centers have some 10,000 to 19,000 sqm. Its tenants are home decor and furniture retailers, including companies such as ElmarCo (lighting), Rad Pol, Versco, Acerman, Ekoline, Witeks, Euro Dom, Jako, Jysk, Mebleplast and Skylight.
