New tenants in Gemini Jasna Park

There are new tenants for the Gemini Jasna Park shopping center in Tarnów, currently under construction. “We have signed another two lease agreements – one with Apart jewelry chain, which will occupy a 105-sqm unit; another one, with Rossmann drug store, which will occupy a 330-sqm store,” says Ewa Ściubidło, Retail Commercial Manager at BOIG, the company in charge of the commercialization of the center. Gemini Jasna Park, located at ul. Pułku Piechoty, in a densly-populated area, close to Tarnów’s [old] market square, will boast a total area of 48,000 sqm (including 40,000 GLA). It will house some 90 retail and services units, as well as three large-scale retailers – Tesco grocery hypermarket, Media Markt home electronics and appliances store and Castorama DIY home improvements center. The center will also have an underground parking garage for over 1,000 cars.
