Fonciere Euris wants to sell Polish projects

Shopping and entertainment center Manufaktura in Łódź is up for sale. Majority owner of the center – France-based company Fonciere Euris, decided to sell its stake in the project. France-based company Apsys, which also owns a stake in Manufaktura, has confirmed this information. According to unofficial information, Fonciere Euris wants to sell another project in Poland – CH Wzgórze in Gdynia; several months ago, expansion works on the project have been put on hold.

Apsys and Fonciere Euris had been cooperating on construction of shopping centers in Poland and in France since 2004. At the beginning of April of this year, this cooperation agreement was terminated and the ownership of several projects was reorganized. Apsys continues work on 8 projects, including centers in Caen, Metz (with ING), Paris La Villette, Champigny near Paris, Saint-Martin d’Hčres (near Grenoble), as well as CH Łacina in Wrocław. Foncičre Euris took over construction works on centers in Grenoble and Orleans in France and CH Wzgórze in Gdynia.
